Role Summary

VectorStack is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion.

This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a basic understanding of IT services and technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges

  • Present and explain VectorStack’s IT services and technology solutions effectively

  • Maintain and manage lead information using CRM tools

  • Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into qualified business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and sales processes

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed

  • 0–1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or customer engagement

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of IT services and technology concepts

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred

  • Confidence in client interaction and relationship building

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
