Role Summary
VectorStack is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion.
This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a basic understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges
Present and explain VectorStack’s IT services and technology solutions effectively
Maintain and manage lead information using CRM tools
Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into qualified business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and sales processes
Achieve individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed
0–1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or customer engagement
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT services and technology concepts
Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
Confidence in client interaction and relationship building
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
