Role Overview
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist who will be the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries. The ideal candidate should be articulate, quick to respond, customer-focused, and capable of converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Candidates with experience in corporate gifting, event management, or premium lifestyle brands are well-suited for this role, given their understanding of client handling, customization, and execution timelines.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle all inbound inquiries from corporate clients through email, calls, and WhatsApp.
•Understand client requirements (budget, occasion, quantity, customization) and recommend the most suitable gifting solutions.
•Share detailed proposals, pricing, and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
•Coordinate with internal teams — design, production, and logistics — to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
•Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets.
•Ensure all communication reflects the premium tone and professionalism of the brand.
•Manage the entire sales cycle — from inquiry to order closure and post-sale follow-up.
•Build long-term relationships with clients and work towards repeat business.
•Support the sales team with insights from client interactions to refine offerings and sales strategies.
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
•Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
•Strong understanding of corporate gifting, branding, and customization.
•Experience handling inbound B2B leads independently.
•Consultative selling approach — ability to listen, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions.
•Fast response time and proactive client engagement.
•High level of coordination with internal teams and attention to detail.
•Strong data discipline — must update CRM/trackers accurately.
•Professional attitude, presentation, and problem-solving mindset.
•Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or event management industry.
Good to Have
•Creativity in gift curation and packaging suggestions.
•Experience in upselling or cross-selling to corporate clients.
•Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
