We are organizing a interview drive for the Sales Officer role within our Two Wheeler vertical at locations mentioned below.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and achieve sales targets for two-wheeler loans through walk-in customers and field visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers and their sales staff to ensure a continuous flow of leads and cooperation.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers.
Assist customers with the application process, collect and verify necessary documents (e.g., identity proof, income statements), and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for timely approval and disbursement.
Ensure all sales and documentation comply with company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory norms. Monitor sales performance and report progress to management.
Provide after-sales service and support, including resolving customer queries and, at times, assisting with collections for missed EMIs.
Keep a close watch on competitor products, policies, and market strategies.
Execute special schemes, festival offers, and conduct loan camps (melas) to boost sales volume.
Skills & Competencies:.
Graduate fresher/Undergraduate with minimum 1 year work experience in any sales experience.
Strong ability to interact effectively with both customers and dealership staff.
Skilled in convincing potential customers and dealers to choose the company's financial products.
A results-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding sales targets.
A basic understanding of loan/finance products is preferred.
