Position: Inside Sales Representative

Qualification: Graduation in (BBA / B.Com / BSc )

Experience: 3 years (minimum)

Office Location: Sector 21, Gurugram, Haryana

Salary: 25k – 30k per month

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Week off: Sunday

Industry: Water Treatment

1. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional and polite tone.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email tools, and basic CRM or lead management systems.

3. Excellent follow-up, coordination, and client relationship management abilities.

5. Result-oriented mindset with confidence, positive attitude, and focus on achieving goals.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website, and WhatsApp.

2. Connect with leads and actively convert them into sales orders.

3. Prepare and send commercial and technical quotations.

4. Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and orders to ensure closure.

5. Track customer communication and maintain records in Excel/CRM.

6. Provide support in preparing offers, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
