Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new opportunities via cold calls, emails, and inbound inquiries; research potential clients.

  • Sales Engagement: Conduct remote product/service presentations and demos; explain features and benefits.

  • Closing Deals: Nurture leads through the sales funnel, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems diligently.

  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies and provide market feedback.

  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer existing customers additional products/services. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities.

  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude.

  • Proficiency with CRM software.

  • In-depth product knowledge and market understanding.

  • Remote Selling: Conducts sales from the office, not in-person.

  • High-Ticket Focus: Often involved in selling higher-value products/services.
