1. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and online platforms.

2. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT/software/hardware solutions.

3. Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.

4. Share customized quotations and proposals based on client needs.

5. Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.

6. Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.

7. Coordinate with technical teams for product demos and solution design.

8. Research market trends and competitor offerings regularly.

9. Ensure timely processing of orders and assist in billing coordination.

10. Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

11. Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.

12. Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.
