Designation: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Airoli, Sector 20
Salary: 15000 - 22000 + Incentives

• Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and lead follow-ups.
• Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and closures.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical/product information clearly.
• Proficiency in Presentation.
• Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
