About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our team in the Tourism & Resort industry. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our holiday packages, and assist customers in planning memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tourism/resort packages.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about services and offers.

• Convert leads into bookings through persuasive communication.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of tele sales or customer service experience (tourism/hospitality preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM knowledge is a plus).

• Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
