Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and nurturing customer relationships — all from within the office or remotely. This role plays a key part in meeting revenue goals by qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote products and services.

  • Qualify inbound leads and identify sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and follow-ups.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and product presentations.

  • Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with lead and customer information.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation strategies.

  • Coordinate with the sales support team to ensure smooth order processing and client onboarding.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

  • Handle customer objections and follow through to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
