Inside Sales Executive

Hiring for International Inside sales for leading mfg co.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience Required: 1-3 years (Minimum 6 months in an international process)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with doctors to take and process sales orders.

• Manage company sales via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports.

• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Work closely with clinic staff and field sales teams.

• Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in Inside Sales/Outbound Calling.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Knowledge of phone collections, retention, case conversion, cross-selling, and escalation handling.

• Fluent in English with a presentable personality.

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
