We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients—all from within the office or remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a results-driven mindset.
Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools to generate new sales opportunities.
Qualify leads and schedule product demos or consultations.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Maintain and expand the customer database through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work collaboratively with outside sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Accurately update CRM with all customer interactions and progress through the sales pipeline.
Follow up on inbound leads promptly and professionally.
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (inside sales experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed performance metrics.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience selling SaaS or technology products is a plus.
Ability to learn and explain complex products quickly.
Energetic and positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
