Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable caregiving solutions.

  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers by achieving monthly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

  • Conduct follow-ups to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding.

  • Stay updated on company services, pricing, and market trends.

  • Prepare daily sales reports and update the reporting manager on sales progress.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 1–4 years of experience in D2C or B2C sales.

  • Experience in Caregiving, Healthcare, Home Services, EdTech, Insurance, FinTech, Real Estate, or similar customer-focused industries is preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Language RequirementsBangalore

  • Fluent in English and Hindi.

  • Kannada is preferred.

Hyderabad

  • Fluent in English and Hindi.

  • Telugu is preferred.
