Sales Executive – Delegate Acquisition

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Delegate Acquisition to join our team at Influence Exchange Group. This role involves identifying and engaging potential delegates for our B2B corporate conferences, building strong professional relationships, and achieving delegate acquisition targets.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000, along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential delegates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Promote and pitch relevant B2B conferences, summits, and events to prospective delegates.

• Understand client profiles and recommend suitable events based on their professional requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into confirmed delegates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate professionals and decision-makers.

• Achieve individual and team-wise delegate acquisition targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth delegate registration and participation process.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 0–1 years in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Engagement, or a related field.

• Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

• Ability to build professional relationships and handle multiple prospects.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
