Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies. This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, identifying business opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new leads and opportunities.

• Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer requirements, and provide product/service information.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM software.

• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align lead-generation strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.

• Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
