Job Description – Business Development Executive (EdTech)

Position: Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor
Location: Bangalore
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective learners via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to explain course offerings.

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate training solutions.

  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure successful enrolments.

  • Achieve monthly sales/enrolment targets.

  • Build long-term relationships with learners by providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English and regional language preferred).

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior sales/EdTech experience is a plus (freshers with strong communication can also apply).

  • Immediate joining is required.

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on performance & experience).

  • Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/- per month based on targets achieved.
