We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads.
Attend inbound inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with Sales Engineers/ Respective Managers for client visits.
Maintain data with accurate records of communications, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Support the sales process from initial inquiry to closure, including follow-up on quotations and payment
reminders.
Provide timely feedback to the marketing department on market trends, competitor activity, and lead quality.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and management. Drive sales closure.
Ensure timely response to client queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
1-3 of years of experience
Minimum 1 year in B2B sales process / Calling Exp
