Job Title: Inside Sales Location: HSR layout Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 years Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) Languages: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with businesses through calls, emails, and online channels to promote products/services. • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive conversions. • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and client onboarding processes. • Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services. Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or telemarketing. • Minimum education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate). • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English. • Confidence in handling outbound calls and virtual meetings. • Ability to understand and present technical or service-based offerings effectively. • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is a plus. • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a target-driven mindset.
