Job Description

HDFC Bank is hiring energetic and career-focused freshers for the role of Sales Officer – Loan Department in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for generating business for loan products, acquiring new customers, and supporting branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and other banking loan products
Meet potential customers through field sales activities
Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation process
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the bank
Coordinate with branch team for application processing
Ensure proper KYC and document collection
Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records
