Generate daily meetings and qualified leads.
Schedule appointments for prospective customers based on sales and operations team availability.
Maintain and track the Lead Management Sheet regularly.
Train telemarketing executives whenever required.
Ensure respectful and professional communication with potential customers at all times.
2. Competition Analysis
Track competitors’ strategies, offerings, and positioning across offline and online platforms.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and sector growth regularly.
Identify new competitors and emerging market opportunities.
Update competitive advantages and positioning strategies periodically.
3. Vendor Coordination
Identify and develop backup vendors and agencies.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure optimal utilization.
Keep vendors informed about relevant updates related to their domain.
Review and evaluate vendor performance periodically.
