• Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries and outbound communication.
• Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via phone calls, emails and WhatsApp to understand their requirements.
• Update and manage all leads, customer interactions and sales activities using Zoho CRM.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits and pricing to prospective customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals and other sales documents as required.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
• Provide post-sales coordination by working with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and
client satisfaction.
