Working Days - 5 Days (1st Saturday Work from home)
Pickup & Drop facility from Turbhe & Sanpada railway station.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive with years of experience in sales or telecalling to generate leads and schedule meetings for our ERP sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients over the phone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's ERP solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the benefits of ERP products.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with the ability to convert inquiries into qualified leads.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in HRMS, ERP, SaaS, software, or B2B sales will be preferred.
