We have an excellent opening for a Domestic Sales & Lending Process role where the responsibilities are split equally between Sales (75%) and Lending Operations (25%). Key Responsibilities:
Sales (75%):
Make outbound calls to promote product sales, focusing on financial products within the banking lending sector.
Drive new business development through cold calling and outbound efforts.
Maintain and update the database/reports of prospects regularly.
Ensure consistent follow-up with both new and existing customers, driving lead conversion.
Assist customers in understanding product offerings and sales solutions to match their needs.
Collaborate with the sales head for smooth handling of customer requirements and requests.
Lending Operations (25%):
Process and manage lending-related operations, ensuring a smooth workflow for loan origination, approval, and documentation.
Resolve customer inquiries related to loan products and their applications.
Assist customers through the lending process, providing them with clear and concise information.
Support the lending team with any operational requirements, ensuring timely loan disbursement and follow-ups.
Keep customers informed about the status of their loan applications and provide updates as necessary.
