🔹 Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist fluent in English + any 1 regional language (Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada) to drive lead generation, engage clients, and support the sales team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls & emails for lead generation & qualification.

• Understand client needs & offer relevant product solutions.

• Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and support field sales.

• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets & KPIs.

• Collaborate with marketing & sales teams on outreach strategies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Min. 1 year Inside Sales experience.

• Excellent verbal communication in English + 1 regional language.

• Strong persuasion, problem-solving & customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools preferred.

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Immediate joiners (max 15 days’ notice) from Delhi/NCR preferred.
