Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
Prepare and follow up on quotations, price negotiations, and order confirmations
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order processing and dispatch
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and update customer data regularly
Provide product information, samples, and technical details as required
