Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations, manage customer accounts, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or adhesive tapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers

Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms

Prepare and follow up on quotations, price negotiations, and order confirmations

Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order processing and dispatch

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct customers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain CRM records and update customer data regularly

Provide product information, samples, and technical details as required
