You will play a crucial role in nurturing prospects, converting inquiries into consultations or services, and supporting business growth through proactive engagement and follow-ups.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound leads generated through calls, website, social media, and partner channels.Qualify leads and understand customer needs through structured conversations.Schedule consultations with vastu experts and ensure end-to-end coordination.Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.Cross-sell/up-sell relevant vastu products or solutions.Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth customer experience.Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign responses, and customer behavior.
