EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate / Post Graduate (Commerce, Finance, or
Business preferred). Certifications: NISM or related market certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for converting leads into active clients through effective communication, need analysis, and presentation of company's research-backed stock market products. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and client
satisfaction.
Key Expectations
Must achieve a monthly sales target equivalent to 3× - 4× of the fixed salary.
Consistent achievement of 70% of monthly targets is mandatory to earn the fixed component.
Demonstrate high professionalism, persistence, and performance-driven work ethics.
Ensure quality client interactions focused on transparency and trust.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads provided by the company and convert them into active clients through consultative discussions.
Understand clients investment goals, risk appetite, and financial preferences to recommend suitable company's research products.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure continuous engagement.
Maintain accurate client data and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with the Research and Customer Service teams for smooth client onboarding and post-sale support.
Stay updated with market trends, equity research insights, and product developments to effectively communicate company's value proposition.
Adhere strictly to SEBI regulations and company's internal compliance policies during every client interaction.
