Inside Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Explain product details, offers, and services to customers
Generate new sales leads and maintain follow-ups
Convert inquiries into successful sales
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Coordinate with showroom/sales team for customer requirements
Maintain customer database and update records regularly
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Resolve customer queries and provide proper support
Follow up with existing customers for repeat business
