Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Job Description
Role Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing inbound/outbound sales calls, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities. They support the sales team by handling day-to-day communication with potential customers, primarily via phone, email, and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads and follow up on marketing campaigns.
Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with lead activities.
Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion and pipeline creation.
