The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, conducting cold calls, nurturing prospects, and converting inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
Convert leads into customers by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required Skills
Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, telesales, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Experience in cold calling and lead conversion.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
