Inside Sales / Business Development Executive - Export Sales

Location: Office-based (No field work)

Role Overview

We are looking for a sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships and closing deals. This is a pure inside sales role, with all client interactions via email, calls, and digital platforms- no field travel required.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients via email, phone, WhatsApp
Generate leads and follow up for inquiries
Prepare quotations and proforma invoices
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through timely follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Update clients on order and dispatch status
Maintain reports on leads and sales activities

Requirements

Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email writing
Knowledge of Zoho and export sales is a plus
