Requirements:

- Provide administrative and operations support to a fast paced and busy team

- Virtual Office agreements and closure on the same, making calls and maintaining healthy relation with our clients.

- Coordinate with various team members and management to ensure appropriate processing and operations according to both internal and external policies/procedures

- Assist team members with ad hoc administrative and operational support

- Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

- Assist with special administrative projects and coordinate with different internal departments as needed; Finance, Customer Service, Sales, Legal etc.

- Build relationships with existing customers , identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through inbound and outbound calls and also mails.

- And may other related roles and responsibilities in the designated position and as per the verbal discussion.
