Job Description

Maintain and update trade portals like Indiamart, Tradeindia etc to generate relevant leads and convert to sale.
Follow up with customers and coordinate with the respective departments for order fulfilment.
Should be able to understand customer requirements and guide them with most suitable product fit.
Handling all walk-in customers in the office and their queries.
