Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential customers through online platforms and databases.

  • Cold call, email, or message potential leads to introduce products or services.

  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, need, and decision-making authority.

2. Sales Outreach & Communication

  • Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and CRM tools.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.

  • Deliver product presentations and demos virtually.

3. Sales Process Management

  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.

  • Prepare and send quotes or proposals.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals within the sales cycle.

4. CRM & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Track all customer interactions and update sales progress.

  • Generate reports and provide updates to sales managers.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns and lead generation efforts.

  • Coordinate with field sales or account managers for complex deals or site visits.

  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products or services.

6. Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Stay motivated to reach call volume, conversion rate, and revenue goals.

7. Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed about product features, benefits, pricing, and competitive landscape.

  • Communicate product updates or new launches to clients effectively.
