Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over phone calls, understanding their requirements, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales. Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
Generate interest and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / PUC.
Good communication skills in English, Kannada.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
