Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospects to understand needs, tailor solutions, and support pre‑sales processes.

• Prepare BD dashboards, progress reports, and manage update meetings.

• Present and maintain the BD pipeline in internal meetings.

• Develop and nurture relationships with B2B partners and prospects.

• Create marketing materials (e.g., one‑pagers, flyers) using Canva or similar tools.

• Conduct market research in FMCG/FDC industries to identify opportunities and gaps.

Candidate Profile:

• Analytical thinker with strong data mining and insights skills.

• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic design tools like Canva.

• Excellent communicator and collaborator.

• Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

• Creative problem‑solver with a growth mindset.

• Eager learner, self‑motivated, and focused on continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years in B2B sales, market research, or consulting—emphasis on lead generation and pipeline management.

• Skilled in inbound/outbound lead strategies and platforms like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Experience in FMCG or retail consulting preferred.

• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.

• Post‑graduate qualification from a recognized business school.
