· Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
· Utilize various techniques to source and qualify potential customers.
· Close sales deals by effectively presenting our products or services and addressing customer concerns.
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
· Coordinate with customers (Architects/ Interior Designers/ consultants/ Builders/ System Integrators) and the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and other sales activities.
· Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
