Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum 1 year of insider sales experience in B2B Sales in SAAS, AI, or Automation Solutions
Salary & Benefits: Rs 3.84 Lac Per Annum ( LPA) or Monthly Rs 32 Thousand Per month (KPM) including 10% Variable Pay + Incentives up to 2 - 3 % of target
Gender- Female Working days : Monday to Saturday
Skills Required:
l Minimum 1 year of expereince as Inside Sales and Skilled in handling appointments via phone, email, and digital platforms.
l Proficient in using LinkedIn, Canva, and other social media tools to generate leads. Comfortable with digital communication rather than face-to-face meetings
l Good market knowledge and understanding of customer needs and understanding of BFSI/Logistics/Pharma/retail technology landscape and enterprise buying processes.
l Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
l Strong understanding of the company’s products and industry.
l Persuasive and resilient with a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generating and Qualifying Leads
· Identify potential customers through various channels like online platforms like using LinkedIn, industry directories, referrals, and databases, cold calling, referrals, or events.
· Evaluate and qualify these leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and readiness to buy.
2. Understanding Customer Needs & Demonstrating Products
· Engage with leads to understand their specific pain points or needs.
· Provide product demonstrations or presentations to show how the product/service solves their problem.
· Customize the pitch based on the customer's profile and interest.
3. Maintaining Customer Relationships & Achieving Sales Targets
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support.
· Ensure a smooth post-sale experience to encourage repeat business.
· Work consistently towards achieving or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Excellent Communication & CRM Proficiency
· Use strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with clients and team members.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
5. Team Collaboration
· Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
· Work closely with the sales team to strategize approaches and share client feedback to improve offerings.
