About the Role
Cogent E-Services is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join the Apollo Insurance Process as an Inside Sales Executive.
The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, handling customer queries and objections, and converting interested prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and other relevant details in a simple manner.
Generate interest and convert leads into successful sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales and conversion targets.
Follow the company's sales process, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales conversations.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
