Job Description

• Provide freight service information to customers.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.

• Search clients from Google or online exporter sites and generate leads by making cold calls & emails.

• Cold calling from available data.

• Resolve queries and encourage freight service purchases.

• Lead generation from database and online sources.

• Fix appointments and build client relationships.

• Achieve quarterly sales targets.

• Deal with shipping lines, domestic and international agents for pricing requirements.

• Ability to generate sales and leads independently.

Qualifications

• 4 months–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

• Good communication skills – Oral & Written.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
