• Lead Generation & Qualification:

  Identifying potential customers through various channels, conducting cold calls, and qualifying incoming leads to determine suitability. 

• Customer Engagement:

  Interacting with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and video calls to understand their needs and present relevant solutions. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Demonstrating a deep understanding of products and services to answer customer questions, explain features, and highlight benefits. 

• Sales Strategy:

  Developing effective sales strategies to persuade prospects and close deals, including negotiating terms and overcoming objections. 

• Sales Pipeline Management:

  Managing and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using CRM software. 

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and targets. 

• Client Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through ongoing communication and follow-up. 

• Collaboration:

  Working closely with marketing and field sales teams to improve lead quality and sales strategies.
