We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with prior experience in B2B sales within the technology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
· Understand client requirements and present suitable technology solutions aligned with business needs.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
· Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
· Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
· Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
· Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to the management team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the B2B Tech or SaaS industry.
· Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and consultative selling.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of SaaS solutions, IT services, or enterprise software products.
· Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation techniques.
