Job Title: Bivocal Inside Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries in English and Hindi.
Pitch company products/services to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Handle customer objections professionally and close deals.
Required Skills:
Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal communication).
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development (preferred).
Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
