We are looking for a highly capable Inside Sales Strategist who can combine analytical thinking with structured sales execution. This role is not limited to traditional calling and focuses on lead qualification, solution consultation, sales funnel optimization, and customer relationship management for solar energy systems.
Manage and convert inbound, outbound and warm leads generated through digital platforms, referrals, and campaigns
Strategize inside sales workflows for residential and commercial on-grid solar solutions
Understand customer energy requirements and recommend optimized solar system configurations
Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams for accurate proposals and execution planning
Maintain structured follow-ups and update all interactions in CRM systems
Analyze lead quality, customer objections, and conversion metrics to improve performance
Support management with sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline insights
Ensure a professional, consultative, and ethical sales approach at all times
Mandatory qualification: B.Tech degree in any engineering discipline
MBA students or graduates may apply only if they have completed B.Tech
Strong communication, logical reasoning, and customer engagement skills
Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and technology-driven sales roles
Freshers with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply; prior inside sales experience is an advantage
Strategic and analytical thinking
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
Consultative selling and structured objection handling
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms
High ownership mindset and result-oriented work ethic
Professional phone etiquette and follow-up discipline
Fixed Salary: Up to INR 3,00,000 per annum
Performance Variable: Up to INR 1,00,000 per annum based on defined performance metrics
