Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Kota, Rajasthan. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms. Utilize tools like LinkedIn and Apollo to generate leads.
Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Proven experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (B2 level proficiency or higher).
Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls (50–100 per day).
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Excel
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
