We’re looking for a proactive and confident Junior Business Development Executive to handle inbound leads for our IT services company.

🔸 Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries via email, calls, and website forms

• Qualify and assess lead requirements

• Maintain CRM records and follow-up timelines

• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule demos or discussions

• Support senior BDEs in proposal and documentation

🔹 Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT services or similar domain

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of CRM tools

• Confident, organized, and eager to grow in a sales role
