We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Generate new leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online research
Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into qualified prospects
Present basic product information and explain the service offering
Maintain and update customer details in CRM
Coordinate with the field sales / technical team for quotations
Share proposals, pricing, and follow up for order closure
Support sales and marketing campaigns
Maintain regular communication with clients for repeat business
Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports
1–3 years of Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Generation experience
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM usage (preferred)
Ability to manage targets and work independently
Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills
