Job Description

Agranika Techlabs LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing AV (Audio Visual) Solutions team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research.

  • Contact prospective customers and identify business opportunities.

  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.

  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.

  • Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in CRM.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with the technical team.

  • Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in IT, Audio Visual (AV), Unified Communication, Video Conferencing, Networking, or related technology products will be preferred.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and customer follow-ups.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
