Job description: An Education Counselor is a professional individual who is responsible for providing educational career advice, educational support, and counseling. Good Communication - English, Hindi, Listening Skills, Empathy, Communication Skills & Convincing Power & Need to do outbound calls & follow-up calls daily. Counsel the students for various courses offered by the University/Institute >Effectively manage the leads allocated & maintain the student's follow-up record using CRM >Need to convert the leads into paid applications (weekly and monthly targets involved)
