Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the senior team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Share company profiles, service details, proposals, and quotations with potential clients.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM software.
Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Eligibility Criteria 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Customer Support, or a related field.
Graduate or pursuing post graduation from a recognized institution.
Experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, SaaS, or Website Sales will be preferred.
